Bad weeks.

Ok, so the past two weeks have been very bad.

I can't really go into details on the internet, but it is full-blown family craptacularness. On my end this has resulted positively in getting to spend more time with my fantastic sister, but crappily in having to spend more time being criticized by my mother. And 10 pounds. And stress. And anger -- boiling, seething anger.

And to avoid the badness I have resorted to thrifting (time honored non-guilty pleasure)

I have purchased in the past two weeks:

- a mint green skirt
- a sexy pair of vintage brown heels
- a pair of earth shoes
- a pair of jeans
- 3 polos of various types
- a tinkerbell t-shirt
- 2 blazers
- a pair of shoes that I bought and then discarded
- sunglasses
- nearly a tiara
- a purse
- a tiffin (no kidding)
- a few shirts

I'm pretty sure that there's more, but I can't really remember. Today I'm going to spend the day commenting on my preceptees' paper drafts and collecting applications for summer jobs.

My tiffin shines like the sun as it has been through about 6 random polishings.

I tried mine on, and I look like a badass. Ok, maybe not a badass... more of a semi-badass with a swanky titanium ring.
